  • Diagnostic Fee Required
    The initial troubleshooting fee covers travel, arrival, and the first hour of diagnostic work.

  • Additional Time
    Any troubleshooting beyond the first hour is billed at $100/hour.

  • Diagnosis Does Not Include Repairs
    Diagnostic pricing covers identifying the issue only. Repair costs, materials, and replacement parts are quoted separately unless otherwise discussed.

  • Hidden Electrical Issues
    Additional problems may be discovered during troubleshooting, especially in older homes or previously modified electrical systems.

  • Accessibility
    Electrical panels, outlets, switches, attic access, crawl spaces, and affected areas must be reasonably accessible before arrival.

  • Intermittent Issues
    Some electrical problems occur inconsistently and may not be fully reproducible during the appointment. Multiple visits may occasionally be required.

  • Code & Safety Corrections
    Unsafe wiring, overloaded circuits, improper installations, or code violations discovered during troubleshooting may require corrective work before repairs can continue.

  • No Guarantee Before Diagnosis
    Pricing for repairs cannot be guaranteed until troubleshooting has been completed and the issue has been properly identified.

  • Customer-Supplied Devices
    Bryant’s Electrical Services Team (BEST) is not responsible for failed or defective customer-provided devices, fixtures, or equipment.

  • Power Interruptions
    Troubleshooting may require temporary power shutdowns to certain circuits or portions of the home for safety and testing purposes.
