• Installer-Provided Devices: All standard switches and outlets are provided by us and are included in the package pricing.
  💡 If you have a preference for color, style, or brand, please let us know in advance.

• Clear Work Area: Please ensure that all switch and outlet locations are accessible. Remove any furniture, wall decor, or obstructions prior to installation.

• Standard Swaps Only: Package pricing applies to standard replacements of existing switches and outlets where wiring is in good condition and the electrical boxes meet code.

• GFCI, Dimmers & Specialty Devices:
  Specialty items like GFCIs, dimmers, USB, or smart switches may include a $5–$10 labor upcharge per unit, depending on type and setup.
  💬 Please notify us ahead of time if you want any specialty devices included.

• Wiring or Box Issues:
  If existing wiring is damaged, outdated, or if electrical boxes are loose or unsafe, we’ll notify you before continuing.
  🛠️ Additional charges may apply for corrective work.

🎁 Friend Deal Terms:

• Friend Deals apply only when both locations are within 30 minutes of each other.

• Both jobs must be scheduled on the same day, with devices provided by us and install areas cleared.

• Discounts may not apply if either location is not prepared or requires non-standard work.
