• Client-Provided Fixtures: Please have all light fixtures on-site and accessible at the time of installation. Fixtures do not need to be unboxed, but they should be present and ready for installation.

• Clear Work Area: For safety and efficiency, please clear the area beneath and around the fixture location (such as vanities, counters, or entryways) prior to service.

• Standard Swaps Only: Prices apply to basic fixture swaps where the existing wiring, junction boxes, and mounting hardware are code-compliant and ready for reuse.

• Mounting & Wiring Adjustments:
  If your fixture requires special mounting brackets, non-standard wiring, or structural modifications, we will notify you before proceeding.
  💡 Additional charges may apply based on time and materials.

• Fixture Type Coverage: This pricing includes common residential fixtures like flush mounts, semi-flush, wall sconces, vanity bars, and basic pendants.
  Chandeliers, oversized lights, or recessed fixtures may require custom quotes.

• Installation Time Estimate: Most standard light fixtures take 15–30 minutes each to install, depending on access and complexity.

• Friend Deals are available only when both locations are within 30 minutes of each other.

• Both homes must be scheduled on the same day, with fixtures on-site and areas cleared.

• Split discounts may not apply if either location is unprepared or requires additional labor.
