• Customer-Supplied Fans:
  Bathroom exhaust fans are provided by the customer and are not included in the package pricing.
  💡 Please ensure the fan is on site, unopened, and appropriate for the space prior to installation. Compatibility can be reviewed in advance if requested.

• Clear Work Area:
  Please ensure the bathroom and attic access (if applicable) are clear and accessible. Remove personal items, décor, or obstructions prior to installation.

• Standard Swaps Only:
  Package pricing applies to standard replacement of an existing exhaust fan using existing wiring, ducting, exterior venting, and fan support that are in good condition and code compliant.

• Scope of Work – Electrical Services Only:
  Installation pricing covers electrical work related to the exhaust fan only.
  We are licensed electricians, not drywall contractors or HVAC technicians.
  ✳️ Drywall repair, ceiling patching, painting, texture matching, duct redesign, airflow balancing, or HVAC-related modifications are not included.
  Any drywall cutting will be limited to what is necessary for safe installation. Final surface repairs are the homeowner’s responsibility unless otherwise quoted in writing.

• Wiring & Fan Support Conditions:
  If additional wiring, a new switch, upgraded electrical support, or proper fan mounting support is required to safely install the exhaust fan, we will notify you before proceeding.
  🛠️ Additional labor and material charges may apply for wiring extensions, new supports, or code-required corrections.

• 🎁 Friend Deal Terms:

• Friend Deals apply only when both locations are within 30 minutes of each other.

• Both jobs must be scheduled on the same day, with devices provided by us and install areas cleared.

• Discounts may not apply if either location is not prepared or requires non-standard work.
